C# to get an image from the web every minute from a thread and show it on the UI

Hi there, I have checked your reference [login to view URL] & can code a DotNet, C# program to show an image every minute from an underlying thread and show it on a winform. So the thread has to download an image from an HTTP address and put in on the form. The HTTP address changes sometimes depending on the user. It will be a thread so it won't interfere with the UI because you need to draw lines over the image, the user will be using the mouse. Preparar un Thread, que se ejecute cada x tiempo, descargue una imagen, lo guarde en una carpeta, y que no interfiera con el hilo principal que muestra la interfaz gráfica.
