PROGRAM TO BATCH PROCESS WORD FILES AND MAKE PAGE SIZE CHANGES

i need a simple application to open a folder that contains word files , grab all of the word files in that folder, and change the page width, page height, top margin, bottom margin, left margin and right margin in all the pages and save them. Checkbox option to remove line breaks that exceed x number of linebreaks and limit it to y number of line breaks (example, the application finds a 6 line break, it would change it to a two line break instead, depending on settings. This is a very simple project, please avoid exorbitant bids. Max 40$. Must communicate clearly. No annoying salesmen/fools from India-Pak. PROGRAMMERS ONLY PLEASE.
