I'm building a filament extrusion line in Brasil and need a professional to program arduino + ramps platform to setup a filament extrusion line to pull the filament out of the extruder with consistent diameter based on the filament width sensor (PID diameter control). Extrusion line example video: [login to view URL] Work: 1. Program 3 stepper motors wit PID: A) The first stepper to pull the filament with a consistent diameter based on the diameter gauge meter. B) The second stepper to wind the filament on the spool with a constant pressure (based on a pressure sensor) C) The third stepper to make the filament go right and left on the spool when its winding. 2. Program 3 temperature controllers with PID (two on the extruder and one on the water tank). 3. Program a lcd control interface (like a 3d printer controller type). Its fairly easy but i don't have the time to do myself. I'll explain everything in detail after. Please don't bid if you don't have the skills. Need professionalism! Thank you.

I have done many projects that are using Arduino in the past. 1 stepper motor control with PID I have done this kind of similar project before, so stepper motor control is not a problem. 2. temperature controlling can be implemented easily. 3.
