Hello and good day. I have read the brief for your Event Management role and would love the opportunity to serve in that capacity. I am an adept organizer, planner, and manager who have worked in a similar capacity within the hospitality industry, a production manager in the entertainment and film industry, and a project manager in other industries. I can provide an excellent work ethic and, it would be an honor to be, charged with creating experiences and bringing your visions to life. Whether it is planning, multitasking, scouting locations, soliciting bids, managing vendor relationships, client communications, creating and negotiating contracts, writing the business plan, or managing budgets, I have executed all in my planning or production management roles. Since I am unaware of your event goal(s), objective(s), or the planning stage, it would be speculative to give a timeline plan to complete. However, I use a proactive approach to my duties, working to deadlines and instructions. I would love to be awarded this project so that I could discuss this event in more depth as further clarification warrants whether the event is for $500,000.00 or 500,000 people. Terms are $40 per hour or milestones paid at 20% at each of the 5 phases: Feasibility - research with payment upfront; Design - create proposal; Operations; Execution; and Evaluation- final report with payment 15 days after the completed report is accepted.
