District Masterplan for Tourism

I require a consultant to work on and complete a District Masterplan for Tourism. The scope includes Master planning, Urban Design, GIS Mapping, Architectural Design, Landscaping, Sustainability and Project Planning and Designing. The scale required is between 1:10,000 to 1:5000. The Masterplan must include Buildings (both existing and proposed), road network (both existing and proposed), natural features, Open Spaces, demarcation of sites for development of tourism accommodation, entertainment infrastructure and public infrastructure, waste disposal sites, rain-water harvesting sites, utility sites, etc. The Masterplan must be accompanied by supporting documents to explain activity wise zoning, adherence to physical/urban planning guidelines, thematic planning, sustainability designs and a write-up about the environmental feasibility. The duration of the assignment is 10 working days. The data and documents associated with the district/area will be provided by me. The bidders must have relevant experience in urban planning, design of tourism infrastructure, nodal planning, etc. SMEs and Startups are welcome to bid. Upon completion of the project, there is scope for further work as well. For the purpose of evaluation, kindly submit a masterplan that you have completed previously.
