Hello there! I'm a 3D modelling expert with over 5yrars experience working on various 3D projects. I have 2 options for you. I can model the building in a program called sketchup. Its a free program which you could download and view the file. Alternatively, I can develop it in a program called Unity 3D. With this, you don't need any software installed on your computer to view the model. I usually use this for clients who want to see how their house would look before the construction.
