Wanted: High end custom home designer, civil engineer, AUTOCAD drawing, building and construction process experience. 1. Submit your info in the attached Excel sheet. (A MUST) 2. Submit your best and most comprehensive example of a very high end, two story, French chateau style home CAD design, with floor plan, elevation, site plan, and electrical. Without your CAD work example your application will be not be reviewed. 3. You should have extensive knowledge of home building and construction process. You should have some knowledge of US building codes. 4. You should be able to make Skype Video calls, make international phone calls and receive calls over internet. This will be long term project. 5. Total payment US$600.00 over 8 milestones. $75.00 each, for a complete design of a 10,000+ sq. ft very high end custom home. Milestones a) Two floor plans b) All Elevations c) Interiors: room by room d) Sectional e) electrical f) plumbing g) Site Plan, landscape and all other exterior, h) other technical details, excel sheet, computation. See sample of drawing in the attached file.
