You said you have an 18x9x4.95 m shop. 1. So is it an already existing building? 2. Do you need 3D modeling for interior or just plan drawings? 3. What about the roof structure of the shop? 4. Do you need a calculation report as well? I can do the Structural design of the shop. I think it's a steel structure supported on isolated foundations. Addition of mezzanine floor also can be done. I will provide the Structural drawings by using Auto CAD. Apart from that electrical drawing can also be submitted. I have enough experience to carry out this project.
