BOOKKEEPING SERVICES Small service business based in the Sydney CBD (a single Pty Ltd company) requires a bookkeeper/ATO registered tax agent. Office attendance is not required but reliable Internet access and residency in Sydney is as attending meetings with our Accounting firm from time-to-time maybe required. Must be experienced and competent Xero and online banking. In general, a bookkeeper will be required to process the following: Monthly requirements ♣ Salaries & wages (with variable timesheets) twice monthly (by 14th & last bus day of month) ♣ Compulsory superannuation reconciliation & payment ♣ Reimbursement of expenses ♣ Approximately 75 – 100 banking transactions p.m. to be reconciled ♣ Load creditor payments & wages into Xero & CommBiz for authorisation (

To the Recruiter. My name is Martin Le and I was personally recommended to this job by a Freelancer Recruiter. In the past, I have worked with Xero to keep track of transactions and do bank reconciliations for a family business and so am proficient in its use. In this position, I audited salaries and wages, and reconciled bank transactions. Aside from a quick orientation on your company and a run-through of how your system works, I doubt there will be any long term issues. Most convenient of all, I am based in Sydney and will have no issue at all with attending meetings with your accounting firm. My hours are flexible and we can negotiate to find times that suit you.
