I have been involved in planning, development and launch of custom cryptocurrencies. Provided that there is a viable concept behind your project, I would be available to provide my technical skills for it. However, my past experience tells me that over 90% of efforts where someone wants to launch an altcoin either have nothing really new to be implemented (so they don't really justify the creation of a new blockchain), or they have severe security flaws which would make them unstable when they would be deployed in a P2P manner (with possibly hostile nodes). So can you give me an overview by which I can tell if this is a project which justifies putting resources into it? Your description is pretty vague. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
