Telescoping Pole Sign for Outside

I have a product that needs a formal/professional design plan. I've included a simple drawing concept, basically the simple version would be a pole/tube w/ a ground stake that could possibly be removed and stored upside down inside that same tube (when not in use). The bottom tube would have a telescoping or second tube inside that would pull out. In the top tube, there would be a retractable sign that was either flat or possibly 3D (triangular) in shape. When pulled up, the sign would expand or "pop" open to show the image or print. There would need to be some sort of stopping mechanism that prevents the sign from coming all of the way out of the tube. This would also make it easier to slide back inside when done using.
The top tube would also likely need to lock in place some how, possibly w/ one of those spring-loaded buttons that pop into a hole to hold it in place.
Pretty simple concept, just need the drawings/help to get it designed for production.
