We are seeking freelancers who specialize in Revit drafting of architectural plans for small residential projects. We need assistance with drafting and quality assurance of many projects that we have ongoing. The position requires a strong proficiency in Revit and access to the 2019 edition of the software. Key attributes that we are looking for are: - Ability to turn around drafting tasks in a timely manner - Following instructions provided carefully without doing extra work - Readiness to work on projects and provide feedback when anything is unclear - Some knowledge of US (California) residential construction methods is a plus - Ability to work within a defined drafting process This role is not a design role, but a drafting of plans based or relatively standard and defined libraries. Hello! I'm Ilya. I am an architect, but from Russia. I have good experience in the construction industry, and most importantly very diverse. Many software packages are available to me. Revit, 3ds Max, Civil 3D, MapInfo are some of them, but I have the skills to work in a much larger number of programs. A separate bonus is the work with physical models and materials.
