The project seems to be very straight forward. You (the client) are effectively asking a licensed engineer in Texas to review drawings and plans for approval and supply a stamp for submittal to local authorities. I am a licensed civil/structural engineer in Texas with over 5 years of experience. All I would require from you will be the aforementioned drawings and we can have this project completed as per bid. Please note that additional review or re-stamping resulting from changes initiated outside of myself will not be free and will need to be discussed further.
