I am developing a refrigerated warehouse and want a complete CO₂-based refrigeration design that reliably serves several temperature zones, from –40 °C deep-freeze storage through chilled areas up to +12 °C. The goal is a detailed / load calculations / equipment selections Key points you will address: • System concept and P&ID for a CO₂ (transcritical or sub-critical, justify your choice) central plant. • Precise sizing of compressors, condensers/gas coolers, evaporators and valve stations for each zone. • Integrated control philosophy so product temperatures stay within their specified bands across all rooms. • Recommendations on insulation levels, heat recovery opportunities and defrost methodology to minimise operating cost and carbon footprint. • Complete drawings (2D or 3D) and a parts list that my installers can price immediately. I will supply preliminary floor plans and load data; you will refine them and deliver the full design package in native CAD plus PDF. Provide a short outline of your past CO₂ warehouse projects with your bid and identify any specialist software you intend to use (e.g. Coolselector, Danfoss Pack Calculation, AutoCAD, Revit). Final approval will be based on clarity of documentation, conformance with the temperature targets and ease of implementation for my contracting team.
