Create an AutoCad template from a PDF

An Autocad template for future drawings is required, the drawing must adhere to good and modern AutoCad standards and be editable, a PDF would be required for confirmation/comments prior to payment then editable document provided once agreed and payment made. This template must be: - scaleable from A4-A2, without change to clarity (vector if possible, please confirm) - use logo 'electrothermal' attached rather than 'Rigblast' - remove the main drawing - bubbles noting changes not required - Remove 'Leadon Field Development' - keep all other text to use as template - adjust slightly to make fit best at Contractor's discresion - Create a isometric 'grid' on an additional layer to optionally overlay if required. I have the logo in other formats if required (svg/jpg/pdf/ai/eps)
