Applying Product Design and Development Techniques on a Padlock

We're applying techniques and steps we are learning from the following text book (Product design and development; Ulrich, K.T., Eppinger, S.D., McGraw-Hill,) on a simple Padlock, the project has 4 phases. Phase 1 has already been handed in but requires a lot of rework (Product structure, Assembly tree, Function tree, more detailed CAD drawings + a full Bill of Material with dimension and part prices). the project is all about product development and prioritizing customer needs to improve the padlock that we are working on. I will upload the Project Guidelines as well as Phase 1 of the project that needs rework. Phase 2 and Phase 3 deadlines are on Wednesday 11th of April (we prefer if the work can be done 2 days before the deadlines for remarks and such), Phase 4 (probably with all the past phases) will be approx. on the 18th of April. There's a big chance that a chunk of Phase 4 will be cancelled but I cannot confirm anything yet.
