Hello, Your project description is not that obvious. You are mentioning an assembley code and an input to Arduino. But, you don't mention what to store, where to store and in what format. If you say that, the morse codes must be stored in a digital environment there are several methods depends on your requirements. It can be a SRAM, a SD Card or even directly storing to the cloud via a web service...
