Incomplete CMS and Web site Project - Needs Completing.(repost)

I have a project which needs completing. It consists of a web site which has a number of pages/forms. It links to a SQL Server 2008 (hosted) database.

There is also an Admin section to the site, which consists of a CMS system.

The Database is an EXISTING database, and it has data already in it.

The site is nearly complete with some field validation which needs to be completed on the forms. There is also some CSS work which needs to be completed.

Also, there are certain amount of bugs with the current site and CMS, these need to be rectified. The previous developer's work is available. The code is done in [ASP.NET][1] and Visual C# I believe.

The original SRS is attached, please read through this very carefully in order to gain a complete understanding of the project requirements. PLEASE NOTE - SOME VARIATION OF THE SRS SHOULD BE EXPECTED. THESE VARIATIONS WILL BE MINOR HOWEVER THEY NEED TO BE EXPECTED. I DO NOT WANT TO WORK WITH ANYONE WHO IS TOO RIGID AND NOT FLEXIBLE.

I am looking for an experienced developer, someone who has a proven track record. Please do not bid if you can not provide LIVE examples of previous work.

**Incomplete CMS and Web site Project - Needs Completing.**

The CMS system should allow for records to be added, modified, viewed, searched, listed and deleted.

It should also allow for email shots to be sent out using a local and or a remote mail server.

It has a twitter function on it.

The data from part of the CMS system is used to update the home page of the site.

When the left menu of the web site is browsed the relevant data should appear on the site eg. If you click on "2 Colours" all the machines with 2 colours should be displayed in the main window. etc.

Some of the functions which are listed below also need to be completed:

The send email shot function needs to be completed

The Subscribe page needs to be completed.

All forms need to have field validation working (specifications to be provided to the selected worker)

Search Machine form needs to be improved, and the form should allow the editing of a Machine record once searched.

Search Machine form should refresh if the 'Show live machines' tick box is selected/deselected

Delete Machine and Edit Machine should be linked into the results of 'Search Machine' - relevant icons need to be created and links too.

Add New Machine form needs to be completed, some of it modified and field/form validation to be completed.

The above also needs to be completed for Search Contact, Add New Contact, List Contact, Delete Contact, and Edit Contact.

The List Contact uses the wrong categories. These need to be rectified.

Send Email Shot needs to be completed.

Admin section needs to be completed.
