46268 Re-Design Existing Website

I am in need to re-design FORM2EMAIL.COM. 1.) It needs to be user friendly. People should be able to create their form, using simple steps, (e.g. Form Name, Sent to email, etc.) 2.) The website will continue to have the same free service, plus a Paid service if they want me to setup Their Form 3.) The current db is MS Access, needs to be created in SQL Server. 4.) Needs to be more secured, currently there are several people using my forms without giving me proper credit. They simply use my server to submit the forms. 5.) The form should only be submitted to a max of 2 email addresses. 6.) Anything else that will make the website more attractive.
