Need technical write up on Advanced network lab using cyber range

We need to give hardware and software requirements for creation of advanced network lab including cyber range and prepare narratives with problem statement for exercise at cyber range. A detailed documents as per std project management practices along with tracking tools for implementation of the project in a phase wise manner. • Documents so created should be comprehensive with respect to scope on *technical*, *administrative* and *financial* aspects of the proposed project. • The range should feature design tools, data visualization tools, Range sanitization & simultaneous testing at multiple level available open source & implement in developing Cyber Range
