1. Interview – Either via email/instant message or phone, we will have an informal kick-off discussion to establish the scope of work and timeframes for delivery
2. Draft – Using the information provided in the kick-off discussion, I will write a first draft and send it to you for approval within the agreed timeframe
3. Feedback – After you have had time to review the first draft, you can provide me with feedback either via phone or email
4. Second draft – I will incorporate your feedback, provide a structural review/edit and polish the wording
5. Finalise – If you require any final changes after I have sent you the second draft for approval, I will revise the draft and then send you the final version.
