Arduino and Nextion display

I have a maker uno Arduino and a NX3224K024_011 Nextion board. I need assistance in the code for the Arduino to read the serial output from the display. Based on serial string I will do a case statement.

I have an Arduino Uno and a Nextion HMI.
The HMI communicates with the Arduino via serial communications. I have a series of screens on my HMI. I want my Arduino to do certain things depending on the screen that I am on. For instance, when i go from Page 0 to Page 2, the HMI should send "65 00 04 01 FF FF FF" out on its serial port. Based on this, i want variable x set to 540 and variable y set to 1. There is a possibility for 20 cases.
