We would like to have an app put together that will allow us to create scripts to do bulk provisioning in BroadWorks using the API. In addition, we will require a script to be created that connects to BroadWorks and uploads the users from a CSV file (attached) using the application as described in the attached PDF. BroadWorks credentials and documentation will be provided to the winning applicant.

I worked with Broadsoft Broadworks back in 2006 to produce a call log monitoring app using the XML API. I have not worked with the platform since though I have been coding professionally for the past 20 years across a variety APIs across mostly Windows and Linux. Referring the app specs, I presume by admins you mean group admins and higher. Should I be chosen for this project I would prefer to work with C# and not VB as this has pretty much been the default language for .NET for years.
