EXPERT flash and regular designers only

I been using RAC a long time, please do not waste my time if: 1. You cannot start work tonight and finish by tomorrow jan 19 2010 12pm est 2. You do not have extensive design experience in both flash and regular design 3. You do not have solid feedback and samples I pay twice as much for work as others but expect extreme quality, I know how long things should take if dealing with a true expert. I am posting all this not to be rude but to be upfront. What is needed? I have 3 wmv files 15 seconds each, they will be part of a banner. Flash banners that is. You will design a banner with out logo and some text, the , you will need to understand how to take this 15 second movie and keep the quality as good as possible. I will need 120x600 160x600 300x250 468x60 728x90 300x300 but ill need the above X 3 meaning 1 for each movie and i have 3 movies The design can be the same for all of the 120x600 etc So you will design one solid 120x600 and put movie in 1 for each movie then the next size etc If you are a motivated quality designer contact me I DO NOT UNDER NO CONDITIONS WORK WITH COMPANIES JUST WITH DIRECT DESIGNERS you must have gtalk or AIM Great pay for great talent, do not delay this can lead to long term amazing work ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
