Electrical energy from below the Ocean

I am an Inventor/Engineer and I like like lean green renewable energy. My project is to convert abandoned oil rigs to electrical energy producers. I would like a 8 to 10 minute video or animated video to use a presentation in front of a group of investors. The video should be a "Smack in the face" attention grabbing video designed from the PPP attached. It should have an opening scene ie the western series "Bonanza" type scene. Flow into animation with several people in a helicopter flying over some oil riges in the ocean and then lying over Power lines, power plants cities ect . The animations should include a voice over as per the PPP slides. EASY Simple attention grabbing and to the point.
