Mobile App Developer using IONIC 3+, Angular JS, Cordova

We are looking for Experienced Mobile App developer in the mentioned technology who can look at few apps that we already have that needs to be modified to comply with various security requirements of the app. Specifically, we are looking for candidates who have done applications in banking sector that has strict security requirements regarding session management, data protection, authentication, IO handling, access control, etc. Only those who can produce evidence of having worked in banking and finance based mobile apps that has passed security audit need to apply.
