Looking for an Ionic 4, Firebase App expert(1 day 100$)

I need you to complete the app. The app is almost completed.

Some function is not working properly.

2. The camera function is not working properly.

3. Not loading the beaches on Samsung(android 19) Mobile phone.

Finally, you need to build it (iOS and android)

It may require the website as well after done the app.
