Project Description:
I need a new Android Developer google play account. For some reason my applications have been declined and I cannot contact google support to get it fixed. I will pay $30 on top of the $26 registration fee for a total of $56. I will pay you once the registration fee has been fully processed by google and I'm able to login and change the password.
Procedure:
1. You start the project, register google account, and purchase the android developer account using google wallet.
2. After a few hours (up to 48hrs), if your registration is approved by google, just send me the approved screen shot. Next you can remove your credit card info from the account.
3. You send me the google account's username, password and zip code (or location) you used to open the account. I will change them. After that I will make the payment.
Note: The Android market/google play account has to be created keeping the below factors in mind
1) New IP and clear browser cookies and cache
2) Gmail account with a new, random recovery e-mail that was never used before along with a phone number that really exists.
3) No suspended information (e.g. recovery e-mail, phone, ip,credit card) has been linked with the account, so you dont have to worry!

i've created it before and i know all the terms and conditions of Google Play.
For your kind information if your account is created by a credit card that is already used for creating developer account before than google can block your developer account any time.
Second thing if your account is created by an IP address that is already used for creating a developer account before than also google can block your developer account.
So most of the bidder here using single credit card or same IP for many developer account creation and their account is blocked after a week or after some time.
One more thing now a days google asking for govt issued id proof and address proof(credit card bill or bank statement). SO i've to manage these all.
I can provide you a developer account that will be created by a credit card that is never used before.
And i can guaranteed you, i'll not use the same credit card for creating other account in future as well.
