Build an android application that plays offline videos

Hello, i have already done almost the same app for advertisement company. i have got the idea and i can do this app quite quickly. i have some questions regarding the video size/project. i am android developer and i have more than 4 years of experience developing mobile apps. i have done more than 280 projects either local or internet based. i am confident i will provide you quality work on time. You can have me develop an Android application with a basic interface to play videos stored locally on the device. As you requested, there will be instructions included such that you can replace the logo later. BTW, this might require re-building the application as well since that is just how mobile apps work. You can see mobile related work I did in my freelancer.com portfolio. One sample is iTicket, an Android app which I modified/enhanced as requested by the client that hired me.
