Android Studio Source Code For Bluetooth Functions

I need source code written in Android Studio which can do the following:

1. Compare number of files in FolderA of Device1 with number of files in FolderA(same folder name) of Device2 and if not the same, identify which files exist in Device1 but not in Device2 or vice versa.

2. Compare dates of files in FolderA in Device1 to files in FolderA(same folder name) in Device2 (Note: Files in both devices will have the same names). Inform how many files with newer dates in Device1.

3. Delete the files with older dates in FolderA of Device2.

4. Copy the files with newer dates from FolderA in Device1 to FolderA in Device2.

(Additional Information: Code should run from Device1. All operations mentioned above should be done through Bluetooth link between Device1 and Device2.
