Add new features to existing CMS mockup

1. Drop down menus so that the add a page can be more scalable. 2. Make the Logo field editable so that people can upload their own logo 3. Make the Main page (home) banner field editable so people can upload their own banner /(flash or not) 4. Implement this feature upgrades to both the English and Spanish version of the CMS. 5. Back up and send me the DB and the final Html files after these features are implemented and final version is accepted. The cms is custom build using PHP and Mysql.
