After Effects designer to animate a few of the walk through steps on our HR Recruiting Web app

Hello, I'm in the process of developing a mobile and web application for Recruiting and Hiring. I love the HR dashboard shown in the "Dashboard Original" file. I've done some editing to it with Photoshop as seen in the "Mockup" file. I would love to see some of the functionality in motion by way of After Effects. Its around 10 actions I would like to see in motion. With a few minor graphic design revisions needs as described also. 1). Show the action of hovering over and scrolling current jobs. Current jobs can be duplicated to generate a sufficient amount to be scrollable. Reference Mockup File. 2). Show the action of selecting a job, then scrolling through applicants under Leads, Shortlisted, and Hired. Curate approximately 10 leads and 5 shortlisted and a few Hired applicants. Reference Mockup File. 3). "Leads" button need to be redesigned and formatted. Reference Mockup File. Its too big. That area need to include Leads, Shortlisted, and Hired buttons. In a way that the recruiter can cycle through all three. My vision is all three buttons need to be icons unless its hovered over and/or selected. But in this case, the Lead button would be the default selection so it wouldn't become an icon unless one of the remaining two were selected. Reference Navbar file. 4). Search for a job. Can be chosen from one of the jobs already listed. Reference Mockup File. The applicant profile section that takes up the right half of the screen should always remain fixed. And should always default to the first applicant on the list. Mockup File. 5). Show a transition fx of the applicant job "card" transitioning from it's current state to a quick message i.e " Hello, I'm very interested in this job. I feel I'm the perfect candidate" Just something short and sweet. (But not for every applicant. Make it random.) The only thing that should remain during the transition is the applicant profile picture. Reference Mockup File. 6). Show a scroll through of the applicant work history. Please add a few more jobs under applicant work history by duplicating the current jobs under work experience so that it can be scrollable. Reference Mockup File. 7). Show the action of sending the applicant a quick message by clicking on message button to the right of the applicant profile. With some type of pop out message box effect. With the option to expand to the full thread within the messenger tab. Reference Mockup File. 8). A few more buttons are needed near the message button in the applicant profile. Buttons needed are; Message, Shortlist, Hire me, Schedule call, and Download Resume. These area need to be redesigned to accommodate all of the buttons/icons. Reference both Mockup and Navbar File. 9). Above the list of recent chat threads should be the groups. Which is categorize as jobs posted by the recruiter. And directly below that, three icons. Leads, Shortlisted, and Hired. Then from that point you can select from the list below whom you want to chat with. Also the recruiter should be able to switch to administrative so that you as the recruiter can chat with others internally like the hr manager etc. Which is separate from chatting with the applicants. Unless you decide to tag them into the chat thread. Reference Mockup File. 10). Within personal tab, Instead of recruiters posting a job, they can just browse through users by selecting a specific position/craft. And reach out to them through chat and/or scheduled call.
