Clean up site's code and make IE Compatible

Site that work will be done on is [login to view URL] Work to be done is: 1 - Clean up existing site code so that it can be put through the W3C test and pass without errors. 2 - Create IE5 and IE6 style sheets (CSS) so that the site looks right in all browsers. 3 - Correct placement of [login to view URL] so that the text appears the same distance below the white content box on all pages. Final placement should match the placement of the text on the home page. The job must be completed within 1 day of project acceptance. If you cannot do it within that time frame, please don't bid.
