We want an elegant professional website design; the current website address is [[login to view URL]][1] for references and images, taking in care the next criteriea: * Using minimum colors and fonts. * The logo can be found at the website addressed above. * Design must be based on CSS. * CSS must cover all aspects of pages contents (Page Header, Content, bullets, forms and so on) * The design must have both Top Bar and Left Bar for website links. * The Top bar must be based on DHTML. * The left tool bar have no DHTML. * The main page must have its own design than the internal pages. ## Deliverables * Original source of the design (Photoshop PSD or other). * HTML sample pages includes (Main page, Feedback page and any other internal page) * CSS Template to be used on all sample pages. * All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform * Internet Explorer 6.0 and above. * Netscape 9.0 and above
