Project to include the following :
1) Develop/ or duplicate Crystal Reports layouts per our needed data fields (have sample reports from another call center of exact data fields needed)
2) will need 6 or 7 canned reports that our clients can login and run by various filters to generate a report.
2) Write script(s) needed for crystal reports to pull data from phone system, specific to each of our clients, ie calls by the hour, drop calls, hold times etc.
4) our clients need the ability to login and run these reports for whatever date or period of time they need, could be for a 30 day period from 10 months back or for the last year total, month by month, as an example.
3) Clients need to be able to log in via the web and pull their campaign data from our system.
4) We are a call center offering our services to clients who need on shore or offshore call centers services for sales reps or customer service reps, anything else that can be added to make us stand out, we will certainly consider when picking a company to work with on this project.
5) We will have ongoing requests to add reports or customize reports for our clients moving forward, we would like to work with the same company we use for this project to do those future projects.
