Complete XHTML (Tableless) Web 2.0 Site Design

We are looking for a very creative and attractive table less xhtml design for our IT & Media Agency. Our company name is Advent Interactive. You will be responsible for creating all the internal pages with unique and attractive header for each of the page. We will only proceed with the internal pages creation once we finalize the home page template, we want someone promising who can deliver as per our expectations.
