Build Me a website just like this!

I want a website that functions just like www.swoopo.co.uk. everything from the database management to the front end where customers can interact with, this website should be robust and be able to withstand massive traffic and require very little time to manage as it should work itself. I'm not sure what engines server and databases the current site [login to view URL] uses but the end result will have to be very very similar and custom made not using of the shelf products like oscommerce. security is a big concern.
