CSS. drupal, UI, ongoing.(repost)

We need a design pro at CSS with a keen eye for design. The initial project is a CSS for site using drupal backend. All modules will be installed. We prefer a clean minimal design style as many of our customers are luxury focused. Two site examples of the type of design styles we need are [url removed, login to view], and http://luxuryculture.com. Work is consistent, and we need reliability and efficiency.

Someone that can handle working on multiple projects.

A design snob that is passionate and detail oriented

Someone who can communicate and work remotely

WE DO NOT WANT:

A designer that needs others to concept.

A production artist who aspires to be a designer

A great designer that does NOT understand deadlines (been there done that!)

Someone who is looking to get lost in a BIG corporate black hole (you don't work, you don't eat!)

THE WORK:

You will be working on a range of entertainment, political, and advocacy sites that require UI design, CSS and some flash

UI design and CSS in Adobe Flex a plus!
