AIR Desktop App

I am very new to the Adobe AIR environment but would like to get an AIR coder to develop a desktop application which will play my video library through an AIR desktop system. I would want something similiar in look to that of Adobe AIR Player which will play my directory as well as other that I specify. Once I select a coder I will email samples of design and branding for the AIR Desktop. This system would need to be Mac and Windows compatible.
