develop a wordpress template

I would like to create a new site based on wordpress. The site is pretty simple and most, if not any, of its features are the standard things offered by WP. Attached a mockup of the site. The site itself will be similar to the mockup The site should include the following : Site will include the following pages/features: * HP, contains: ** Top menu ** Footer menu ** Categories navigation ** X Latest posts – description + link to the full post ** Archive ** Search box ** Rss feed ** Newsletter registration * Registration form (Captcha) * Login form * Forgot your password form * Write new post * Add comment * Post page, including the ability to add images to the post * Search form * Search results page Requirements are: * Anonymous user will be able to read only. All other capabilities will be available for register users only (In this case, and since we’re still considering different ways, I would like to have the option to let Anonymous user to publish post and/or comments as well) * Site’s template will be width 900px, align to center (keep the right & left sides to ads) * The site will be Hebrew oriented (rtl) and not plan to support any other language. * Create will be provided, but we’re talking about something very simple & clean
