Create Wordpress theme from .PSD files

We need a wordpress template made for the latest version of Wordpress (version 3.4.x). The entire site shall be converted into a Wordpress backend. The template should comply with Wordpress' template system and work with the Wordpress menu system and should have an option per page to select the template: either homepage template OR contentpage template.
