Build a Custom Wordpress Theme

Hello, I need someone to build me a custom wordpress theme. The theme will be based off the following website: [login to view URL] Please make note of the following: 1. Must have the location for the banner up top. 2. Must make note of the adsense locations. Notice the one right below the banner. Notice how I have placed the two adsense locations right in between the texts/posts. 3. New posts should take the place of the posts on the front page going from top to bottom. So the newest post should go to location in the top left corner. Hopefully that makes sense. 4. Notice the location of privacy policy. The ABOUT page should also be located right next to the privacy policy location. So when I use easy privacy policy plugin it is located there. 5. When you click on the first link and go to: [login to view URL] Please make note of the google ad placement. It is right in between the text. Please make sure I have this ability. Also if the post is much longer in length please allow for additional adsense blocks to be posted. So picture the text is twice as long I would like the ability to place another adsense block down the page. 6. I will be using a plugin called Related Topics. Please make sure these go right under the last part of the text on the page. 7. On the front page posts should NOT have a date or author. I want the site to look more like a normal site not a typical blog. I believe that is pretty much it. If you have any questions or concerns please let me know. Thanks
