Adult Membership Site - JW Player - Video Upload - WP Site Cleaned Up & Functioning Fully

I have a WordPress site paid membership site. We switched to a new VPN through HostGator and a new billing company, CCbill. I need the videos uploaded on the site, the JW Player plug in running, optimized for cross browser compatibility including mobile, obviously. I would also like to have the ability to stream live video to mobile as well. Does that exist? Can you help? Will this be a long running gig for you?
