Diagram formatting in Word or Visio

I have a simple task (and more to come in the future). I have a one page flow chart-type diagram which I have made in Word. I need someone to:

1. Make it look much more professional. Make whatever formatting and style changes you think will make it look top-quality.

2. I need numbered arrows inserted between the boxes. Where the current version has little numbers in boxes, what I want instead is an arrow that points from the lower box to the higher box, with a number on it. The attached 'Arrows Directions' document shows which way the arrows should go.

I'll be inserting it in a Word document, but I don't mind if you do it in either Word, or a Visio-type image that I can copy and paste into the word document (I do not have the Visio software though).
