Craigslist CL Automated PVA Creator program

I need an automated way to create craigslist pvas. Im looking for the best possible method. It needs to be as automated as possible, and ideally be able to create a few hundred pvas or more a day. It needs to work and not let them get disabled. Im NOT looking to buy pvas. I want an automated method of creating them myself. Does anyone have a program where I can email a guy, he aims or yahoo messages me. It asks him how hes doing and for his phone number. Then the bot takes the phone number and inputs into craigslist. Then asks him for the code, and inputs it. Thats the best ive come up with but im open to any idea that works. If you dont have anything better, how much would a program/bot that I just described with the aim/yahoo bot that takes their phone number. How much would it cost to make that.
