Agents and multi agents project using NetLogo

Read the scenario... This is an agents and multi agents project. Use NetLogo to develop Consider a group of 10-100 vehicles (nodes of an internet of things) that are monitored along with a set of intelligent cameras distributed evenly along a segment of a highway road. Vehicles form an ad hoc communication network. Cameras gather, upload data to a cloud, and analyze monitoring data. Each camera will measure density (i.e., the number of vehicles per length unit) and the average speed of the vehicles. Congestion level and traffic jam in the viewing range of a cameras is determined following (Kerner 2004). Vehicles must communicate in order to predictively reduce traffic jams. When a traffic jam occurs, cameras (i.e., agents) collaborate with one another to identify the same traffic jam. One of the cameras will be responsible to distribute the aggregated data of the traffic jam to the interested clients. Cameras will enter or leave the collaboration whenever the traffic jam enters or leaves their viewing range. Each vehicle is an agent and must dynamically form a group with nearby agents (as they come within communication range) to address the shared objective of traffic jam avoidance. The project is to prototype a platform for experimentations using any appropriate programming language such as netlogo. Display key feature of traffic and allow GUI to adjust levels of cooperation among camera and vehicle agents.
