Check printing from batch csv file

A simple check writing program that writes checks from the data from a csv file. As an example, some of he data items in the csv file will be Bank name; Bank RTN; Bank Account number; Account name; Account number;, etc. You get the idea. A full listing of the data items and their placement will be provided. The check will be printed, one check per page, on a laser printer. It will be a 3 position check. Top 1/3rd will be the check, along with the MICR check encoding. The middle 1/3 is the customer copy & the final 1/3rd is the file copy. The program need to run under Windows 7. That really is about all there is to it.
