Android based routing app

I am looking for someone to develop an app that will work with Android devices that will do the following: Allow the creation of multiple routes that can be assigned to different people. Distinguish routes and people by colors. Work with google latitude so each person can be tracked on their route. Automatically update calendars once routes are assigned. Allow detailed information to be put in each destination such as contact name and number, email, time of appointment, account number, and any special notes. The purpose of this would be to allow me to route technicians and keep up with their progress. I would like to be able to add "users" in the app (my technicians) that would remain as static variables unless removed. From there I would like to be able to input all the locations for the work load of the day and then assign each user (tech) a route either by drag and drop of the points on the map or by a menu. Once each route is created it would need to be assigned to the individual users calendar with options for alerts and reminders. An overview map of the routes would be nice along with an option for each user to mark if the job is completed or not and put closing notes in. I would like to be able to have this viewable on a webpage as well so we can keep track of it at our office. Once created I need a distribution method so users can download and install the app. iPhone/iPad support is secondary to android devices. App must be able to work on Samsung Galaxy Nexus and Asus Transformer Prime (both using Ice Cream Sandwich) Much of these features are available individually through the standard google applications but there is no app that I am aware of that has multiple routes in mind.
