I need a small Windows DLL file decompiled. I know it was originally encoded in Microsoft Visual C++ 8.0 DLL Method2. It needs to be decompiled to a state so that I can make changes and recompile with a minimum of fuss. If the finished result can be set up as a Visual Studio Project then even better but not necessary. Please find the actual DLL file attached. A fast turn around is appreciated if at all possible.
