Correct Minor Errors on Website

I recently had a site developed but there are a number of errors that need to be fixed and improvements to be made. The site is [login to view URL] the improvements/erros that need fixing are as follows: 1) Featured Ads should also be displayed and scroll on the Home page. This was working before but does not seem to be working now. 2) - An Ad placed for free without any additional services applied ([login to view URL] subscription) should be displayed for 15 days. After 15 days the Ad should automatically expire - this is not working; the ADs seem to be permanently displaying - so again minor error with the code. This was working fine before. 3) When you go to pay for an additional service if a payment does not go through and then you select link to try and pay again there is a link failure. 4) All pages need to be checked/tested - correct any alignment/format issues. A few pages just look a bit messy where text and such could be aligned better – so site looks more professional. 5) Improve the format and look of FAQ Page - the 'Q's and 'A's are not aligned and format is not very good. 6) On the home page I would like a new graphic designed and inserted (just with some new text - will provide example). 7) When you view and Ad and then go to print, it does not print properly – check and correct for Long Term Lets and Holiday Let Ads. 8) A new distance of <1/4 Mile in the pull down menus should be included for when you Post an Ad in Holiday Lets and Long Term Lets. 9) Some Ads are displayed without any Photo and/or a Map. Ad a warning box so user knows they need to upload or save map before pressing continue. Also add a progress bar for uploading of photos. 10) About Us Page – the panel (Property ID Search) is at bottom of page – it needs to be moved up so the same as the other pages. 11) If an search creates no matches, then users are asked if they want to leave their email and then the site should automatically email then if an Ad is posted that meets their search criteria - this is not working. 12) - If you search on just price - then no results are shown - this needs correcting.
